Your email address serves as the identifier of your account. Without an accurate email address, we cannot help you redeem your incentive. All of the email addresses that we receive are entered by an end user on one of our web pages. To prevent fraud and to provide you with the highest quality service, we keep detailed transactional records on the email addresses we receive. These records include the url of the web page where the email address was entered, the incentive you registered for, the date and time stamp and the IP address of the computer that was used to enter the email address. We use this information to combat fraud and abuse.

In support of our incentive marketing program, we send you promotional emails from our marketing partners. The emails we choose are based on consumer interest levels and include:
- Special credit card offers
- Services that help you consolidate your debt
- Opportunities for online education
- Free gifts that you may claim
- Special financing offers including cash advance loans and mortgage refinancing
- Other unique marketing programs
Every message we send includes two opportunities for you to control the types of email you receive.
Offer unsubscribe - if you do not wish to receive an offer from a specific advertiser, you may request that your name be suppressed from future mailings. This allows you to control the types of emails that you receive and ensure that you are only receiving special offers that are of interest to you.
List unsubscribe - Every message we send from CheckOutPath includes instructions for unsubscribing. If you do not wish to receive any further emails from CheckOutPath, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We also share certain email addresses with 3rd party Email List Managers. All of our 3rd Party List Managers are CAN-SPAM compliant, and we regularly monitor the mail that they send to ensure our 3rd Party List Managers continue their compliance.
To stop receiving email from any 3rd Party List Manager, follow the unsubscribe link provided in the email. If you receive an email that does not contain an opportunity to unsubscribe, you may send an email to abuse@CheckOutPath and we will be happy to assist you.

Unsubscribing from Mail Sent from CheckOutPath
We provide One-Click Unsubscribe Links in every email we send. You, as a subscriber to mail sent from CheckOutPath, can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of all CheckOutPath email. Your email address will be automatically removed from that mailing list, although it may take up to 48 hours to process.
If our systems are temporarily down or you suspect, for any reason, that your email address has not been unsubscribed upon request, please contact our Customer Support Department on our
Contact Us form .
How to Send Us Spam Complaints
If you feel that you've received mail sent from CheckOutPath that you did not request,
please Contact our Abuse Team . Please include a copy of the offending email. Also, if you suspect someone of abusing CheckOutPath services, please let our Abuse Team know so that we can take the appropriate steps.
We take SPAM very seriously and have undertaken great efforts to restrict its presence within our services.
We have taken many precautions to ensure that our service be used to send mail only to those recipients that have registered on our sites.
We strive to make unsubscribing from CheckOutPath as quick and easy as possible. We mandate that unsubscribe links be included in every email sent from our service and we make it possible for subscribers to remove themselves from all lists sent from any of our services. To unsubscribe,

Our dedicated Privacy and Standards and our Customer Support teams diligently monitor all mail that comes to us with complaints of SPAM and complaints of abuse. We will take action on any violators of our terms of service, strictly enforcing our policy that only permission-based mail be sent through our services.
We work with 3rd party list managers that may send you an email advertising CheckOutPath incentive programs. In order to ensure that all email advertising our services is appropriate, we take the following precautions:
- We only work with 3rd party list owners that are CAN-SPAM compliant.
- We require that all list owners suppress email addresses from consumers that do not wish to receive offers from CheckOutPath
- We require that all list owners include an opt-out link to CheckOutPath so that an email recipient may opt out from receiving advertisements from us in the future. If you do not wish to receive email from CheckOutPath in the future, please unsubscribe here.
